Atlas Ballistic Helmet Level IIIA

The ARCH helmet begin life in Switzerland as raw Kevlar fibers from DuPont. They are converted to Aramid layers by Europes’ premier textiles research and innovation center Saati S.p.A. in Italy before pressing into the shell we know and trust.

We use a proprietary pre-preg lamination process which allows us to make a multi-hit ballistic helmet that is extremely durable at a lower weight.

The ARCH helmet weighs only L(2.97 lbs), XL(3.06 lbs) for the complete helmet system. This makes the ARCH helmet, one of the lightest aramid ballistic helmets on the market. The superior weight-to-protection ratio allows for a greater mobility during use without sacrificing the ballistic performance.

Atlas ballistic helmet is trusted by special forces, military, law enforcement and civilians in over 26 countries. It is designed, manufactured and finished 100% in the EU.

The Atlas is designed for extreme conditions and is NIJ-certified lab tested to stop .44 magnum, .357 Sig and many other lesser, common threats.  Our chosen materials and process excels at greatly reducing back face deformation (BFD) and the risk of trauma associated with a ballistic strike.

Our proprietary aramid composition of the helmet allows it to perform the same in both ambient and wet environments as well as in extreme heat, cold and humid conditions without changing any performance on the aramid shell. The ARCH ballistic properties will not fade over time, ensuring long-lasting protection for the user.

The Atlas 10-pad system will shape to your head in 2-3 seconds and feels like a “aircrew” helmet. This is achieved through the implementation of our proprietary 10-pad memory foam technology, which delivers unbeatable comfort while simultaneously reducing the impact of blunt force trauma.

Moreover, the pads is easily replaceable and can be attached using velcro, making maintenance easy.

Boa fit Atlas Ballistic Helmet Level IIIA

1. Wrap a flexible measuring tape around your head about 1″ above your eyebrows, or in the center of your forehead. Make sure the tape is level from front to back.

(If you don’t have a flexible measuring tape, use a string or shoelace to measure your head. Then, lay the string down against a rigid tape measure to find your head’s circumference).

2. Compare your head’s circumference to the available helmet sizes and choose the appropriate size. If you are in-between sizes, choose the smaller option— a snug helmet is safer than a loose-fitting helmet.
