The new Proteus Plate Carrier is designed as a streamlined solution that can seamlessly transition into a fully operational warfighter plate carrier for daily use. PLATE CARRIER SIZING
We did our due diligence make sure it will fit properly to your body type. Plate carriers can be resized on shoulders and sides (on the back of plate carrier). If your carrier still doesn’t fit right, please let us know and we will assist you with any adjustments or replacements. Returns on plate carriers are acceptable with any reason within 30 business days. Please follow our return/exchange policy for more information.
PRODUCT WARRANTY
We offer two year warranty on our nylon products. If it brakes we will fix or replace it at no cost to you. Wear and tear did not covered under this policy.
Returns
We want all of our customers to be happy with purchases made through our Website. If you are unhappy with your order, we will accept non-ballistic product returns if received by us within thirty (30) days of the date of delivery, subject to the requirements set forth in this Section. Please make sure to inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage, you should document it when signing for delivery. If the item(s) contained in the package arrives damaged, please send photos, and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
We charge a 15% restocking fee on all returned products and you will be provided with a return label. If you decide to cancel your order prior to shipping a charge of a 5% restocking fee will apply.
All made to order products are not eligible to returns unless visible issues occur.
Returns are eligible during 15 days if any visible damage occurs. To initiate a return, please go to our website, scroll down to the bottom, and go to the RETURNS section where the automatic system will guide you through the return process. You are solely responsible for the cost of return shipping to us (except for returns sent under our Limited Product Warranty, as defined below). We are not liable for Products that are damaged or lost in transit to Prime Armor. We recommend that you ship your returned Product to us via a trackable shipment method.
Upon our receipt of the Product at our warehouse, we will inspect the Product and process the return. After the return has reached our facility, please allow approximately ten (10) business days for the refund to be credited to your account.
Only orders that meet the following requirements shall be eligible for return:
- Products must be returned in their original packaging with all tags still attached, and complete with all parts and accessories.
- Products must be in new condition and must not be used, altered, or damaged.
If you are unable to comply fully with this return policy, you may not be entitled to a refund, in whole or in part, at our sole discretion.

Shipping
Prime Armor uses reliable third-party carriers such as UPS and the USPS to deliver our Products to you. In some cases, customer pick-up may be available. Prime Armor uses commercially reasonable efforts to ship Products within one (1) business day after payment for the Products has been received in full when Products are in stock. If manufacturing time is needed for any Product purchased, Prime Armor will contact you with an estimated lead time for the order. Notwithstanding the foregoing, all delivery times provided for in an order confirmation represent approximate delivery times, and actual delivery times may vary as a result of events outside of our control.
Prime Armor is not liable for any damages (including, without limitation, any incidental or consequential damages) arising from its failure to deliver or delay in delivering the Products purchased hereunder. You bear all risk of loss and damage to the Products from the time the Products leave our warehouse or fulfillment house. Delivery is deemed complete and title to the merchandise passes to you upon acceptance of shipment by a common carrier.
