Alex was very helpful and made sure I ordered what I needed. Your plate carrier is great and the custom cummerbund fits perfectly. I will say I prefer the quick attachment buckle on the prime warrior 2.0 over the 3.0. The 3.0 buckle takes a lot of time and precision to line up perfectly.

I mentioned to Alex. the returns section does not explain what hard body armor is vs soft. it sounded like returns are fine if there is a issue with packaging or sent damaged. Not to fit wrong. Alex had to explain to me that hard armor was not returnable at all. soft was ok within 30 days. if i had not had the gumption to ask online i was gone. Haxman has done a great job selling your wares.

I found Prime Armor via Buffman's armor test video on the Lvl III PE plate (which I want). Alex was very helpful in chat with my questions. The website was very easy to navigate (not always the case these days). My order was processed quickly and shipped right out. I was very pleased with the apparent quality of the plate I ordered-nice fit in my carrier. I'm definitely coming back soon when the rest of my wants are back in stock!
