Great CS and product was out the door same day I ordered!
Great customer service from a Texas based company
Awesome
Excellent customer service!
Good
Great store easy to find and got just want I wanted
-Deceptive seller. -Pictured Item was 2 Cummerbund side panels 6x10s. They sent me 1 side panel. (Picture is 2 panels...small print says 1 panel.) I spent $90 for 1 small cummerband. Great! I could have gotten 2 on Ebay. Their return policy in ZERO!
Great service! Prime armor took care of my in store very quickly
Website drop down menu could be easier to navigate.
quick and easy to figure out what I wanted exactly. They even called to make sure I had the colors right on what ordered amazing customer service definitely buying again
The chat rep helped me by informing me how to have my item built for my order
The sizing charts were very useful to get the right fit for my carrier and shipping was very quick. When I received it, the carrier was packed very nicely and fit just as I hoped.
Primearmor was very easy to work with. Their product (Level IV ballistic vests w/panels) was high quality yet very competitive in their price. They worked with the Joshua Police Department on an order of pretty decent size. Their customer service was stellar. I would recommend them to any law enforcement agency looking to make their budget dollars count.
