The ordering process was easy. Product is on a 6-8 week lead time, as stated when purchased. Nothing else to add untill i get my order.
The chat was very helpful in finding everything i needed to complete the order. The assistant even included parts that He knew would be needed without me getting the part and then needing to add something later and not being able to use the placard I ordered.

I've used the Prime plate carrier and love it. Decided to get the Proteus carrier on this last order and it's terrible by comparison, despite being more expensive. Plate bags leave much of the armor plate exposed. No quick release mechanisms on the shoulder straps. When the should straps are adjusted to proper height that keep the plates high on the torso, the carrier basically rips your face off because there's not enough room to get you head out. I was under the impressions that this carrier came with quick release mechanisms whether you opted for Tubes or not. I was wrong. There are so many pictures of the carrier that it makes it confusing to home in on what you're actually getting. Would I recommend this carrier? No. Get the Prime Warrior carrier. Or get the JPC 2.0. Extremely disappointed in this carrier. I home they have a good return policy as I've only had it in my possession for an hour and a half.
