Tacital Cowboy is amazing
Great company, been using them for years and I'm never disappointed.
Very helpful & knowledge of what I was needing. Will be a return customer
Website is a little wonky: I can add prime armor 3 to my cart all day and it shows 0. Unsure of whether other items make the cart actually show that there is something in it before entering the cart but I ended up with 3 Prime 3s in there before I actually checked out. Redundant wording is a little confusing. Both made to order and available on backorder on the set I wanted both just meant 10-14 days because made to order. No real backorder. I called and asked to be sure, and it does sound like I could order JUST a replacement cumberbun if needed, but I cannot find it on the website. Beyond those two items the site was easy to use, descriptions easy to understand.
Your company makes a fantastic product and I feel a lot better knowing that my young daughter has body armor in her backpack. NY (where I unfortunately live) is a communist hellhole but thank God for the great State of Texas and your exemplary company.
good so far, arrived on time
I trust Prime Armor with my life while on duty and I’m also putting that faith into the protection of my daughter while at school. Great company with a solid product.
Simple and easy to buy stuffs.
Good quality, battle proof! Also nice that you have bundle deals alway and other sales!
Ease of use on website! Excited to have a custom carrier built
great quality products
Very helpful! Helped me size for my built. My first plate carrier but in Texas, the best experience I have had. Level 4 plates, and Body Armor with a M4 mag patch for a great price. Will be coming back to purchase a helmet and many more.
Sergio was awesome, extremely helpful and patient as I went in not really knowing what I wanted. He set me up with an awesome carrier and plate bundle. Their store in tomball wasn't far so I went in and checked out their different offerings and it was great to be able to try on and check out the different products. Thanks again for all the help!
Great customer service
