Chat rep was phenomenal. Site is fairly easy to navigate. Biggest complaint is that the "how can we help you" chat overlay was blocking the checkout button and was very intrusive as I was trying to enter my info during checkout. I ordered on my phone through my browser and tried regular and desktop versions with the same issue. Minor speed-up. Will be happily waiting for the carrier to be delivered. Cheers
